- try to float above the board for as long as possible
- shoulders paralell to board
- warm up

- foot position
- ollie position with front foot a little more heel side
- keep back foot a little heel side (counteract any front side rotation)
- balance
- shoulders directly parallel with the board, try not to do any front side rotation, imagine doing a backside 180 right before popping to counteract any front side rotation
- flick
- ollie first modify the foot position on the way up
- flick on the way up, flick the board upward
heelflip
- foot position
- back foot in middle of tail, parallel with trucks front foot up by bolts hanging off top of toe
- balance
- balance in center of board, don't lean toeside
- flick
- up the board and toside off the edge of the nose, try to drag 1/2 of the side of your shoe up it
